An old variety pre-dating back to the 1960's where seeds collected produced a near exact copy of the parent plant and are passed down through the generations possessing heritage qualities, ranging from flavour, yield, memory of resistance to disease and more.

Sourced locally to ensure that seeds stay at their maximum viability for germination.

Plants grow approximately 60cms in height, producing an abundance of slender, long fruit that turns a deep red when ready.

Heat Rating:
Approximately Medium (varies from your own personal preference) but won’t blow your socks off.

How to Use:
Can be used fresh, cured, dried or pasted. A very popular heirloom variety.
